FocusONE's T.E.A.M. (Total Expense and Asset Management) software was designed with the customer in mind. By allowing assets and resources to be managed and tracked at specific organization levels from one central repository, it allows us the flexibility to organize any company’s organizational structure in a logical format that is customized to their A/P system.

Processing accounts payable transactions through the system allows companies to associate any line item expense with the appropriate company resource providing a deeper view into expenditures across the entire enterprise that traditional financial GL-based reporting does not accomplish. T.E.A.M. provides a valuable management tool for clients who need “role-up” reporting for management analysis and review.

The software is built around managing the inherent relationships between locations, equipment, accounts, and inventory. With this model in place, the T.E.A.M. software can accommodate other products and services outside of telecom. It also allows issue and resolution tracking from any source within the structure.
