At FocusONE you will be assigned a Client Account Manager (CAM) who is directly responsible for reducing and controlling your telecom costs. Using our system to perform expense analysis, threshold reporting, changes in inventory, and support activity, your account manager has all the tools they need to proactively manage your telecom expenses. They don’t simply identify problems, they solve them.

As a matter of fact, our account manager’s incentive pay is based upon how much money we save you!
